The room was large and the queen beds were very comfortable. All the amenities were present as advertised. The $14 breakfast was good...you had your choice from a menu. It was worth the extra $3.00 for the eggs Benedict and the included fruit bowl was large and fresh. The salt water indoor pool was lovely...unfortunately the jetted part of the pool was not working. The reception staff were helpful to a degree. But as we were not familiar with Drummondville and we came by train and had no car, it would have helped us if we had been told by the reception staff when we asked about places to go by foot or taxi about the lovely, historic part of Drummondville along Heriot Street with many restaurants, shops and a beautiful park along the river.

We brought our two little dogs and honestly didn't expect there to be dog bowls and a dog bed provided. We often bring our own stuff, so it was nice to see that when a property accepts dogs, they cater to them too. They also left a poop bag and dog treats in the bowls. Very thoughtful and different from other properties. The room was on the main floor which was nice to be close to the doors to let them out to do their business. The room was clean and met our expectations.

The suite was clean and had all the amenities. The house coats and spa bath were lovely. The staff were wonderful. The pool was great for the kids. The coffee bar was great and so was the coffee in our rooms. Location was perfect.

It was a family of 4 and I got upgraded with no extra charge The room was big and so clean - I love your staff so friendly and glad they spoke English I would definitely give you 5 or more stars The restaurant food was great and hosts was funny sorry I did not take any pics

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was great to have a full kitchenette and the whirlpool tub was awesome. The pool was nice and warm for the kids and they really enjoyed it.

Loved the check in and check out. Location of hotel is fantastic. Dining and shopping options very close by and plentiful. Globe Trotter dining was superb with A1 staff.

We had to leave early in the morning so no breakfast but our short stay was pleasant. Excellent facilities and a nice layout.

I have stayed in this hotel and at several other Dauphin hotels in Quebec and will try to patronize their chain of hotels because they offer a pleasant stay at a reasonable price with accommodating staff.
